On 17th of May 2019, a meeting between members of the Association of Certified Fraud Detection Associations (ACFE) Bulgaria, Serbia and Greece, was held in Belgrade, Serbia. Serbian Association of certified fraud examiners (ACFE Serbia) had organized their first anti-fraud training in cooperation with Association of Serbian banks. The traing was a pilot event of the newly established chapter. Main topics of event were “Principles of Fraud Risk Management” and “Building of Anti-Fraud Program”. Vladimir Ikonomov – ACFE Bulgaria president and Dimitar Toshev – Training Director of ACFE Bulgaria had the opportunity to be special guests of the training, which was held at a very high level. Later the same day, representatives of ACFE Bulgaria, Serbia and Greece had the chance to discuss successful anti-fraud practices and future common initiatives during an official meeting.

On May 18th, the ACFE Bulgaria members had the opportunity to be guest of the CFE Preparation course, which took place in the Serbian capital. Lecturers of the course were Evangelia Dimitroulia and Charalambos Xydis, who are  highly qualified CFE trainers.
