On April 12, 2017, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Bulgaria (ACFE Bulgaria) and the Commission for Public Oversight of Statutory Auditors (CPOSA) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
Its purpose is to support the exchange of information and cooperation in the implementation of projects in the area of fraud detection, investigation and prevention, exchange of experience and good practices.
The Memorandum provides for the exchange of information and publications on activities and on scientific, educational and other events related to the detection, investigation and prevention of fraud.
In addition to the exchange of information, the agreement provides for mutual assistance for the participation of representatives of both organizations in presentations, seminars, conferences and meetings on fraud detection, investigation and fraud prevention.
